Tomorrow’s Another Day

It is not necessary that what we desire in life, we get it right here, right now. If one desires to get a particular thing & is ready to do anything to achieve it, then sooner or later, he/she will get the thing. One must not lose hope & believe in the saying Tomorrow’s Another Day.

So, what if you have lost the match today, so what if you have failed in the examination this time, so what if you have lost the challenge today? If you are determined to win, tomorrow will be yours. If the fire of optimism is burning in your heart, victory will be yours. Hopelessness, feeling of losing a game, brings dejection in life; it mars your courage & gives you utter failure. Those who are determined in mind & spirit can change the world & those who are happy at their losses & have left everything in the hands of destiny are losers in the race of life.

Life is in the moment & those who know how to make the most of it are the victors. Winning & losing is part of game, but getting lessons from your victory & failure is the real spirit of living. Winners & losers are players in the game, but those who enjoy the game are the real achievers. Don’t think that only winning is an achievement, losing too is an achievement. Losing teaches you to work harder.

So, whenever life brings twists & turns, be ready to learn new things. Even if you lose today, keep the faith alive that, Tomorrow’s Another Day……….

Manjari

Mirror of Life

When you stand in front of a mirror, you see an image of yourself. This image according to law of Physics is virtual, & cannot be kept on the mirror, after you move away from it. If we envision life to be a mirror, we will find that life too reflects an image. An image which is real & which stays on its screen long after we have walked out from it. A mirror is a concrete object & it shows a virtual image, but mirror of life is an abstract object & it reflects a real image. In my opinion a real image in the mirror of life is that image, which is a reflection of interior & exterior traits. This real image is only visible to us & our actions beautify or disfigure it respectively.

The real image formed in the mirror of life shows how nice or bad we are. Our good actions help in the embellishment of this image & our bad actions are responsible for an ugly image. A person of this era is bound to have a veneer, otherwise people will take advantage of him, but after a long hectic day when he returns back home, his image in the mirror of life should remain pure, but if he, too like the bad persons commits crime, deceives people, his image in the mirror will be ugly like those who are bad in every deed.

No matter what you are to the world, but you should strive to be a person who can glance in the mirror of life confidently. Your actions should be such that they form a true image of yourself, which you can see proudly. It is this real image, which makes you a good human being. No one wants to look ugly, & those who really desire to look beautiful must have a beautiful real image in the mirror of life, because those who are beautiful from WITHIN are beautiful from WITHOUT, on the contrary those who are ugly from within, cannot have an impressive exterior.

So, friends work in such a way that you should be able to face your image in the mirror of life confidently, don’t indulge in those things & activities which can disfigure your real image. The reflection in the mirror of life should be unique & it is possible only if your deeds are unique.

My Husband, George….!!!!!

Whether you accept it or not, but somewhere deep down, in the deepest core of heart, every girl desires a husband who will love her more than anything in the world, who will laugh with him & will give shoulder to her tears, who will always be the reason of her smile, & never the reason of distress, who will take care of everything & will try everything to make her special, but every girl is not fortunate as Cynthia. Cynthia, the heroine of our story. She got married to George, 10 years ago, & still the fire of love is kindling between the two. They have not fought for a single reason in the past 10years, if she is distressed at something, George solves the problem, & the opposite is equally true. These days, in the want of space in relationship, marriages don’t last so long. The so-called SPACE creates drift between husband-wife & ultimately they land in court, filing divorce against each other.

Cynthia & George were classmates, & on the day of their farewell, George proposed to her. They got married after 5 months, & now stay in New York. George, is really very understanding, the reason for his being like this goes to his upbringing, her mother-father shared a great relationship, & this understanding was inculcated in him from the very early age. Not only marriage, he handled official affairs with equal ease. His love & understanding made Cynthia the luckiest girl in the whole wide world. She hardly missed her family; George pampered her so much, that sometimes she forgot she had a family in Chicago.

But for the past one month, George was behaving in a strange manner. He never left the home, without informing Cynthia. She was a bit upset about George’s changed behaviour, but she had faith, there must be some reason. But everyday, George behaved in an outlandish manner. The most annoying thing which George did to Cynthia was, he went out of town for a week, without informing her. She started thinking, like other relationships, our relationship is now gasping for breath; George now does not feel right to inform me about his affairs. It was 15th June, & she was so sad, that she forgot it was her 11th Anniversary. She was lying on the couch, with brimful of eyes, when the door bell rang. She wiped off the tears, & went to open the door. It was George, he came in uttered not a single word, & went into his room. She followed him, & on entering room she found he was packing her things. When Cynthia asked, what he was doing. George gave her an angry look. He held her wrist & brought her to the car. On the drive, Cynthia continuously asked where they were going, but George did not speak a single word. Finally, they came down an apartment, George asked her to come out of car, & told her to go to the 11th floor, she hesitated, but George’s angry looks could not hold her for so long in the car. She went to 11th floor, & as she opened the door, do you know what she found……… SURPRISE…..

Everyone shouted Happy anniversary, Cynthia…..she was taken aback, while she was recalling the date, George came from behind & hugged her. He apologized & said he was planning a grand surprise for his beloved wife. He said, he had bought the home for her, as he always knew Cynthia did not want a rented home.

Cynthia was touched, her tears made her vision hazy, & she said, “I love you, My Husband, George………” George understood many of the unspoken words, & said I love you too, My Cynthia.

From Glory To Grave

In our Graduation days, we learnt the following poem:

The Garlands wither on your brow

Then boast no more your mighty deeds,

Upon Death’s purple altar now

See where the victor-victim bleeds

Your heads must come

To the cold tomb;

Only the actions of the just

Smell sweet, & blossom in their dust.

Human ambitions are beyond limits. Everyone desires to be the Best forgetting the fact that all the achievements are nothing but material pursuits & one day everyone has to depart from this world leaving behind everything. Coincidently the thing which we take with us & which remains here, after our death is the same i.e. OUR GOOD DEEDS. Our magnanimity, our kindness towards poor & needy, our loyalty & love make us a good human being. Striving to be a good human being should be the pivotal aim of our life. Committing misdeeds, ditching innocent people, playing with emotions mars the spirit of being human. In Hindu mythology, it is believed that that human form is achieved after taking 84 lac births. It means, the form of the most able species on land, is achieved after so much of toil. I know, now a days people don’t believe too much in mythological stories but even if we remove the myths, we must contemplate on the fact why God has given us a human form, there must be some reason because EVERY WHY HAS A WHEREFORE. I feel a human form is an indication of the mission which we have to accomplish & the only mission of a human should be spreading love & humanity & so one should devote his/her time & efforts for the same. If one will engage in bragging about achievements, one will fail to reach the ultimate glory. One should live every moment in such a way that it’s the last moment to live life. Try to make everyone happy around you so that your good deeds become pleasant memories when you are not present in the world. Your bad deeds can be source of sorrow for others. The poem quoted above expressed the fact that the just & good actions never wither & they always smell sweet, & blossom after one’s death.

So, if you want flowers on your grave bloom forever, start having an upright life which focuses on Good Deeds. Work in such a way that people should remember you after your death & take you as an Epitome of Excellence.

Nom de Plume

(Pseudonyms/Pen-name)

Pseudonyms have always fascinated me. This might have got something to do with myself being a literature student. I always came across pseudonyms used by some great writers like:

Mary Ann Evans aka George Eliot

Teodor Jozef Konrad Korzeniowski aka Joseph Conrad

Eric Blair aka George Orwell

Samuel Langhorne Clemens aka Mark Twain

Hector Hugh Munro aka Saki

When I started writing I thought, I will use a pen name- SIMRAN MALHOTRA just for fun. After all I should show some influence of my favourite writers & I think I've paid my tribute to them. Now its time for me to return to my real name that is MANJARI SHUKLA. So I've dropped my pen name and now my real name will interact with my dear readers. I hope my real identity will also keep my readers enthusiastic about watering the New Blossoms of my garden as usual.

GREAT EXPECTATIONS

The 11 letter word ‘EXPECTATION’ has always taken an imperative place in our lives. If we think deeply, we will realize that since the time of our birth till the time of our death, we expect something or the other. It is not bad to expect something or the other, but when some of our expectations remain unfulfilled, we feel that we are the saddest person on earth. Generally we expect love, attention, loyalty, success etc in our life. A child expects attention & love from his/her parents, a loves expects love & loyalty of his beloved, a teacher expects a hard-working & obedient student, our hard work expects success in the end & the list of expectations can go on & on forever.

Expecting is a genuine trait & there is no one in this world (except recluse) who expects nothing. I feel the concept of expectations takes birth in us only if we have belief & trust on the other person. Try to recall a single incident, when you have expected something from a stranger or an unknown person? I think your answer will be NO. Generally we expect from those who have a deep impact on us & this is the reason why, when some of our expectations remain unfulfilled, we feel as if we are the saddest ones. If a stranger hurts you unintentionally or intentionally, you don’t take it so seriously but if a close friend, a lover etc hurts you, you become heart-broken. Do you know why, because you did not expect this from him/her? On one side, expectations give you pleasure & on another incessant pain. When your expectations are fulfilled you feel that you are on top of the world, & if your expectations are shattered you become dejected from life.

So, let me tell you friends, expect from everyone you trust & believe in but God forbid if some of your expectations remain unfulfilled then please do not get heart-broken. Think that, you’re a morally upright person, & life expects only your happiness, so SMILE……I know, it’s easy to preach & hard to imbibe, but please try it once, I am sure you will feel better from next time, if any of your expectations remain unfulfilled.

With Best Wishes…………….

Treasuring Relations

Wake up, Rohan, its 7o’clock in the morning & you are still in bed. Get up, son!

Rohan’s mom entered his room after uttering these words.

But where was Rohan? He never slept so long. Rohan, Antara’s son had recently died of leukemia & she is unable to accept the reality. She still feels that Rohan is present in the house. She is a single mother because her husband died in a plane crash three years ago. Since then, Rohan was her only companion. They shared fabulous moments together & now when Rohan is no more, Antara do not want to accept the reality.

Rohan was fully aware of his disease before it started showing serious symptoms , but since the financial conditions of the house were not so good, he was not able to get himself properly checked. He was working in a private firm, when he got to know about his ailment. He wanted to earn a lot in a short span of time, so that after his death his mom can live comfortably. But time was running like anything. Due to his illness, he was not able to give his 100% at work. His incapability to continue forced him to leave the job. When Antara came to know about all this, she was shocked. Everything was going so well, they had started living after Rohan’s father’s death, & now suddenly, the clouds of sadness, once again started surrounding her life. She tried everything to save her son’s life but destiny had something else in its hand.

Its been two months, since Rohan departed for his heavenly abode, but still Antara comes to his room every morning, asks him to get up, with a hope that from somewhere he’ll call & say, Mom, I am here.

I know, it was a very common story, but my aim behind writing this was to show how there are some relations which even after a person’s death remain close to the existing people. There are people not only mother & son, but lovers, relatives, friends who leave a deep imprint on our heart & our life. God forbid, if someone loses a near or dear one in some mishap, accident etc. the pain, suffering which he/ she suffers is beyond any explanation. We do not have any control on our destiny, so we should do only one thing, treasure our relations because they are invaluable & precious, & if they will be lost, we’ll be lost in life. Those who matter the most in your life, make them feel important, because if they will be gone, you will be all alone. Try to make the most of every moment & try to make all those people special, who hold a special place in your life. I know silence speaks volumes but sometimes it is necessary to speak your heart out.

Trouble

When we hear the word Trouble; what exactly comes to our mind? When we hear the word Trouble, our mind generally visualizes an incarceration in which we are kept & even after numerous efforts we find ourselves incapable to come out of it.

Although, we know this is a pessimistic thought & one should try to be optimistic in ones life. Let me tell you friends that troubles are touchstones. They test our potential. If one’s life will be full of bed of roses, then there will be no zest for higher ambition & standard of living. Troubles challenge us to fight against all odds to accomplish the desired goals.

Life is full of intricacy & the correct way of living life is to face troubles with courage & patience to become a true winner. Numerous ideologies are intertwined in life and we normally choose the ideologies, which we feel as correct and appropriate to handle the situation. Troubles give us energy and direct the way to face the challenges of life. Some people get disheartened while facing trouble in their life. They hardly make them able to face & fight against troubles & ultimately surrender & accept defeat. Losers are not those who lose, but those who fail to try again & again.

Our real worth is found only when we are able to face troubles & able to come out of them. One who has a positive outlook towards life can take troubles as opportunities. Whenever an opportunity comes in our life, we try to make the most out of it. Likewise, a trouble tests our mettle to handle life. One who comes out of trouble is a real winner & one who gets trapped in trouble is a real loser. Those who fail to come out of trouble hardly succeed in life. A trouble teaches us about the essence of living & those who are not aware of the essence of living are losers.

So if trouble knocks your door, welcome it as an opportunity. Don’t run away like a loser but prove your mettle by coming out of trouble & I am sure living life will be more easy & enthusiastic for you.

Courage of your Convictions

If one believes in oneself, & has the ability to change the world, then no one can stop him/her. One should contemplate before taking any decision. Your contemplation, gives you an upper hand. A proper contemplation, gives a result, which is absolutely correct. Many a time, people take decision on their own, but if someone shows doubt on their convictions, they start giving second thoughts to their convictions. I really detest those people, who have no standing of their own; they are always carried away by the wind. A true person is that who stands on his opinion, who has a firm belief, & who doesn’t hesitate to present his view in front of the world.

No doubt, many a time we take wrong decision, & land in trouble, but one must remember the fact that failures are not bad; they are a lesson, to THINK BETTER. Those who are scared of failures can never move ahead. Failure & success can be compared to happiness & sadness. If one is there in life, the next will also come. We cannot expect only happiness in life, nor we are always standing in the wind of sadness, similarly success & failures come & go in our life. Holding only to success, & getting distressed at failures mars the essence of living.

It is your conviction which determines your success. All you need to have is full faith in your capabilities, and then only you will be able to set new standards. Getting carried away by the flow of water will make you mediocre in every aspect of life, & if you want to be a unique person, you must create new ways to get success. Your different attitude towards life will give you an edge over others, & you will be delighted to enjoy the fruits of your success.

So, all I can say is that have faith in your beliefs, & I am sure you will achieve success.

A Child’s Smile

Have you ever seen a child smiling? Of course, you have. Have you ever noticed any special trait in a child’s smile? Do you know what differs a child’s smile from an adult smile?

The difference is in attitude. A child is pure at heart & smiles from within whereas an adult smiles from without. God dwells in a child’s heart & when he smiles, his smile exhibits Divinity. In the case of grown-ups, smile is a veneer. Smile hides their intentions & that’s why their smile is not like a child’s smile.

Smile is considered to be the most beautiful attire. A beautiful smile wins everyone’s heart. A child is closest to god &that’s why when he smiles, his innocent smile gives pleasure to everyone. His smile is full of innocence & truth. A child’s smile comes straight from heart. His heart is pure & that’s why his smile is pure & divine. The cackling sound of a child’s laughter has magical traits. A sweet & honest smile on a child’s face can remove all the sorrow & sadness.

It is believed, Smile is the only curve that sets everything straight. The most beautiful smile is that which comes from a pure & honest heart. It has the power to heal all ailments.

So, Smile from within, be true at heart & you will be able to conquer the world………..

Lastly, I wanna say:

Smile in pleasure,

Smile in pain,

Smile when trouble pours like rain……….

Bliss of Dawn

Waking up early in the morning, when the birds in their nests are getting dressed up to go for their jobs, when one hears the bleating of lambs from far-off places, then one feels this is the sight to behold. The soft & delicate glow in the east, which proves, very soon sun will enter the territory of human beings, so that they can start their day & make hay while the sun shines (literally).

I am not trying to be Lady Wordsworth, but really the bliss of dawn is marvelous. It is only during dawn, that we can come closest to nature. This time is free from pollution & even after living in the most crowded place you can enjoy the ecstasy of dawn. The breeze blowing during this time carries nature’s choicest blessings, & enjoying nature during dawn is one of the most enchanting experiences. The whole day we are busy in the humdrum of town life, but being a part of daybreak gives a magical touch to our boring lives. The dawn provides an amazing positive vibe, & keeps us agile all day long.

So, if you really wanna have the pleasant experience, please follow the cliché:

Early to bed, early to rise

Makes you healthy, wealthy & wise…………..

I am not a poetess, but I don’t know from where these lines came to my mind, & without wasting time I penned it down, I’ll be highly obliged, if you(who are reading it) will send your comments:

Grieving Heart

She was in a pensive mood,

And near the door his lover stood.

Long since they were in love,

And together have enjoyed the pleasures of heaven above.

Don’t know what moved them apart,

With weeping eyes & broken heart.

But deep down there’s hope to meet,

Because still they are in each other’s heartbeat.

The love is passing through a testing time,

I know everything will soon be fine.

Once again the gloomy season will change to May,

And two hearts will meet again which are now at bay.

Love can make your world upside down,

Make it your life, don’t sigh or frown.

On Mother’s Day…………

The bliss of motherhood cannot be expressed in words. It is a feeling beyond any description & can only be felt. With the changing world, many values & morals are changing, but the values & morals associated with motherhood are still the same. The feeling of holding your child, in your arms is simply splendid. A mother is a synonym of God, our creator. She brings us in this world, so that we can make our lives worthwhile & thereby thank Almighty.

Mother is closest to a child’s heart. She understands his/her every move. We can say that we all are nothing but an extension of our mother. We are a part of her & that is why even if she scolds us, we all remain the favourite of her. She can never dislike us, because we are a part of her. Everyone loves one’s own things & a child is the closest person to mother. She conceives us, & after our birth takes care of us, like a body part. We all love our body, take care of it so that it remains healthy & beautiful; likewise a mother takes care of her baby. We all are our Dad’s favorite also, but Motherly love is interminable.

So, love your mother, take care of her & do every possible thing which makes her happy. I must tell you that loving your Mother, is equivalent to loving God.

Corners

Corners are very much a part of our daily lives but since they do not have a conspicuous appearance as well importance, we generally ignore them. Every building has corners, but they are not noticed, just because they have no special or significant purpose. Apart from the corners in buildings, there are Ice-cream corners, Chaat corners etc, these corners are always flanked by people not because they are corners, but because these corners have something which relish people. Generally, the word, “Corner” is associated with a place which is not in the limelight but it exists. Whenever I hear the word corner, my mind visualizes a small, cozy, secret place. It is said that corners act as turning points because when one reaches a corner & turns, he/she changes the direction. If we visualize corner as something through which we can change our directions, then this corner can act as a moralizing point. Sometimes, we are distracted from our paths & decide to change the direction, this change in direction is only possible, if we land near a corner.

Corners are places where not only directions but sometimes ideologies also change. Apart from food corners, there are educational corners which bring a new vibe in our lackluster & tedious lives. One more thing which can be said about corners is that they never provide disappointment because on reaching a corner a person definitely changes his/her direction. He never lands in a place from where he cannot come out. Corners provides alternatives, they provide a new passage if the old passage is blocked. Thus, corners in spite of being insignificant play a very significant role, in our daily lives. People find their lives changing by the different corners but they generally forget to appreciate the presence of corners because being insignificant in appearance, the importance of corners is always skipped by human minds.

How Filmy ! !

One day JAB WE MET, I thought KAHIN PYAAR NA HO JAYE. I was impressed by his TASHAN. But then suddenly I realized this ISHK VISHK will hold me from getting to my LAKSHYA. I started considering him an AJNABEE. But he was SAAWARIYA & one day when he saw me in BAZAAR, he asked MUJHSE DOSTI KAROGI. His innocence won my DIL, & I agreed. He gave his number to me, & said PHIR MILENGE.

On SUNDAY, he rang me up & when I picked up the phone, he said MUJHE KUCH KEHNA HAI. He asked me for a lunch; first I hesitated, but then agreed. We went to 36CHINA TOWN, the new restaurant in town, for lunch. When we were having our lunch, some college friends were doing TARA RUM PUM. It reminded me of my college days, when we were full of JOSH & did lots of MASTI. I thought DIL KA RISHTA with my friends remain intact forever. Suddenly, I heard a fire alarm, which was not actually fire alarm but my morning alarm; I woke up suddenly & realized it was a dream. Then my Mom came with my favourite Adrakh tea & I said, VAAH! Changing trends

In the changing scenario, we are coming in contact with various new things & ideologies. From chandu ki chai to having a cup of vintage tea, everything has become a style statement & everyday, we come across one or the other trend. In this fast-moving world, every new dawn brings new styles, new dimensions to living. I am not a very Fashion loving person, so, I won’t be too finicky about fashion statements, but all I know is that whatever makes you feel comfortable is fashionable for you. For me, comfort is the key to being fashionable. I know, people love imitating their favorite stars, but Imitation is not Fashion. Imitation can give you pleasure for a while, but if you are comfortable, you can remain in vogue forever.

Changing trends in every phase of life not only bring newness to one’s life, but they make life worth living. New trends spice up your life, & make it yummier………

So, get into your fashionable shoes & be ready to move on a path of fashion, which is full of panache & ostentation, but don’t forget to be comfortable……………….

“If music be the food of love, play on……..”

Music that mesmerizes you & love that sets your heart on fire are related to one another. It is believed that music & love has no limits, it continues forever. It is said, you are in love, when you still move long after the music is stopped. Music is the best friend of love. Music, moreover expresses your deepest desires. When you are sad, when you are happy, whatever be the case, you can find consolation in music. If we look around & feel, we will find that music is present everywhere, it is present in chirping of birds, bleating of lamb, hooting of cars, ringing of your cell phone, & you can go on & on.

Music also acts as inspiration. I think you have heard the title song from LAKSHYA. That song is simply the best. Whenever I listen to it, I feel I must complete all my pending works right now. Love is again a great blessing, & just like music, it too, can act as inspiration. When you are in love, you want to achieve things for your beloved. Your love can be for anyone, your mother, father, friend, cousin, sister, brother etc. It is true love, which can set things right. Music & love have the power to change your life. Good music & true love can take you to great heights, & if your life has no music, no love, then I must tell that you have closed one door, & if you really want to have success, then please open all doors, because you never know, from which door your Angel would come to take you to great unconquerable heights.

So, make music & love a part of your life, & feel the charisma from within.

'The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence'.

It is human nature, that what we have, we don’t value it. God gives us life, so that we can enjoy it with what we’ve, but we always crave for some or the other thing in life. We are never satisfied with what we have. The most important thing to note is that, we human beings love the things which our neighbor or friends have. Its human psychology that it always feels what others have is the best, & what we have is of mediocre variety. This psychology is the reason for many problems. If human beings will feel that what they have is the best then 80% of the problems will be solved. It is the psychology of getting more, & especially what your neighbor has leads to depression & dejection in life.

Satisfaction is a rare trait, & those who have satisfaction in what they have are the luckiest, because they can enjoy life properly & can create new vistas for others. We always crave for something or the other, forgetting the fact that what we have should be properly utilized. When time passes, we realize we’ve missed many opportunities, & then the true worth of what we had is felt.

So, I think, what we have, we must give value to it. We must crave for other things in life, but we must give value to what we have. Because, a bird in hand, is better than two in a bush. Make your glasses green, and then you’ll find that the grass is greener in your garden also.

“Knowledge is power.”

-Francis Bacon

Francis Bacon was the famous essayist of his time. His essays were so famous that sometimes he is referred to as father of English essays. He said, “Knowledge is power.” Before describing the quote lets first understand, what is power and what is knowledge separately. Power is something which gives a person an edge over others. The power need not be physical, it can be mental, psychological, technical, intellectual, political & the list is ad infinitum. In simple words, power makes a person powerful & distinguishes him/her from others. Coming to the meaning of knowledge, we can say knowledge gives wisdom and proper & persistent knowledge leads to enlightenment. One thing which should be clarified is that knowledge & literacy are two different terms, & must not be confused.. a person can be literate but can have no knowledge, likewise a person need not be literate, to be knowledable. Literacy depends on reading books & knowledge means use of intellect & understanding in daily life.

Knowledge gives you an edge over others, & it is just like power. If knowledge will be properly used & applied it can make you powerful. A person who believes in the power of knowledge can make impossible, possible. Frankly speaking knowledge is invincible; the person who realizes the power of knowledge can change the world.

So, gear up yourself & be ready to unleash the power of knowledge.

Dedication

I think in each & every walk of life, dedication is required. Dedication

towards work increases the value of result. I one is dedicated to one’s work then one will be able to get the best results. Whenever we take some task or project, we want to accomplish it in a unique way & in order to complete it in a unique way, we must be dedicated towards our task or project.

The recipe of success needs Dedication as the salt. If in a dish, salt is missing the dish loses all its essence & taste & the person eating it, loses appetite but if salt is present in adequate measure, the dish becomes more delectable. Similarly, Dedication is like salt, if it is added in an adequate amount to any task the end product is as tasty as the dish with salt & if a person does not add the salt of Dedication, the end product is as bland as the dish without salt.

Everyone desires success in life & the simplest mantra of success is Dedication. A person following this simple mantra is sure to get success in every endeavour. Dedication to work not only satisfies the person who judges the work but also the person who does the work. So, we can say that Dedication

Not only gives great results but it also provides inner satisfaction & I feel if you are satisfied from within then you will be satisfied from without.

So, make Dedication your habit and success will be yours.

“…………..happiness was but the occasional episode in a general drama of pain.”

-Thomas Hardy

According to an oft quoted saying “Cleanliness is next to Godliness”. But I feel, “Happiness is next to Godliness”. God has given us a beautiful gift of life and by being sad we do not do justice to him. Happiness is very much necessary in a person’s life. A happy person enjoys life completely and truly values God’s priceless gift. Those who brood over past events and future prospects not only disregard God’s gift but they do injustice to themselves.

Life should be enjoyed with happiness and delight. I do not agree with Hardy’s view, I feel sadness is an occasional episode & those who deal with sadness become aware of the real essence of life. We are here on earth to accomplish certain goals & if we’ll be happy always we’ll accomplish those goals much faster & in a much better way.

Happiness &sorrow are like two seasons. If one season is there, the next is sure to follow. The best way to enjoy these two seasons is to have patience. Becoming overjoyed in happiness & distressed in sadness mars the essence of living.

Our life is very precious and in order to maintain its preciousness & glow, we must polish it with happiness. This polishing by happiness maintains the lusture of life and we find that God’s blessings are reflecting through this polished life.

So, remain happy. Even if sadness comes, deal with it patiently and I am sure very soon the autumn of sadness will change into spring of happiness.

Love and Live Life ! ! ! ! !
